What a beautiful start to the day. Full of excitement and magic as my kids got to play in the Snow for the very first time! The last time it snowed here was 4 years ago when my eldest was just a baby and it melted within an hour, so we got straight outside to make the most of it before school!
The cold spell is set to last for a week so hopefully it will settle and build up a nice thick blanket. We get a lot of snow in the North of the UK but it's Rare on coastal parts of the South. I've only seen a white blanket about 5 times in my 30 years!
The Snowflakes are enormous about 1cm wide and super fluffy, not all slushy like we usually get. Hopefully when the kids finish school we will be able to build a Snowman! ⛄
Beautiful pictures.. i live in Nigeria and we do not have snow here. But i 'll love to see it someday...
