A lot of people are often with the misconception that progress is all about moving ahead. However, not all going forward means progress. At times there is a strong need to take a pause, examine your current situation before increasing the gear once again.

The truth of the matter is that in our journey of life sometimes, we feel a strong urge that there has been something left undone. This urge pauses us to take a break to reconnect the dots that will bring us to our final destination.

Take for example, a new bie on steemit posting everyday and not getting rewards but consistently keeps posting without any knowledge like our whatsapp webinar where we enlighten newbies. It is clear that has he has refused to take a pause from posting to look in-depth into other things that could contribute to his growth on steemit and therefore in this wrong path will he continue.

When I joined steemit, I initially was relectant to read the FAQs right here on this platform. It was too long I said to myself. When I posted my first 26 articles without getting any dollar from it, I took a pause from my incessant post and decided to read it through. Then I went online to read a lot of stuffs/tutorials other people have written or done before. This made me improve drastically and my contact with @Sirknights celestial challenge finally changed my life and story on steemit.

Therefore, the main point here is that you should always endeavour to not be quick to conclude that moving forward is always progress. Sometimes, it is good to take a pause, re-arrange somethings and forge ahead.
