Öncelikle üreten, çalışan, emek verip çabalayan herkesin Emek ve Dayanışma Günü kutlu olsun. Her ne kadar bugün pek çok işçi bayram yapmak, tatil yapmak yerine çalışmak zorunda olsa da... Bir de işi gücü olamayanlar var ki, onlara da en kısa zamanda iş güç sahibi olmalarını diliyorum. Herkesin helalinden çoluk çocuğunun rızkını kazanabilmesi, sağlık ve huzur içinde yaşayabilmesi için günümüz koşullarında iş sahibi olmak çok önemli.
Fakat benim burada paylaşmak istediğim asıl konu biraz daha farklı... İşçilerin emeklerinin karşılığı tam olarak ödeniyor mu ? "HAYIR" dediğinizi duyar gibi oldum. Maalesef günümüz kurumsallığını tamamlamış pek az firmanın dışında çoğu şirket çalışanlarının emeğinin karşılığını tam olarak ödememekte... Mecburen çalışmak zorunda olanları asgari ücretle çalıştırıp fazlaca işyükü yükleme, maaşlarını zamanında ödememe, primlerini düşük rakamlardan gösterme veya tamamen sigortasız çalıştırma maalesef iş dünyasında çok yaygın. Maalesef bunu pek çok kurum veya kişi yapmakta...
Kendisi lüks arabalar, yatlar-katlara sahip olan sözüm ona zenginler (ama gönülleri fukara) çalıştırdıkları kişilere çok düşük maaşlar ödemeyi, sigorta primlerini düşük yatırmayı veya hiç sigortalı yapmamayı kendilerine yakıştırabiliyorlar.
Ülkeden ülkeye tatil seyahatları düzenleyen ama çalışanlarının bayramlarda bile ailelerini ziyaret edecek bütçelerinin olup olmadığıyla ilgilenmeyen, lüks restaurant ve kafelerde gününü gün eden ama çalışanlarının evine kaç günde bir et ve türevlerinin girdiğinin umrunda olmayan o kadar çok zengin (aslında fakir) var ki...
Aslında bu konuda söylenecek-yazılacak o kadar çok şey var ki ama yazdıkça bitmediğini görmek sadece üzüntümüzü artırıyor. Sözü Peygamberimizin bir Hadis_i Şerifi ile noktalamak galiba en doğrusu :
