I wanted to go on a late night adventure down by the pond and record it so I could take you all along with me. Unfortunately, the GoPro had a full memory card in it, and was unable to record the adventure. I still had the adventure, but you all missed out. I did get this big female Bullfrog though, so at least I can show you that I had an adventure without you... I'll try better next time.

I really like frogs! We have lots of little tree frogs now, but I can't wait until the rainy season when our pond fills up with bullfrogs! The sounds of soft rain and bullfrogs singing just seem comforting somehow. But I did find a bunch of little turtles the other day in my garden, under the peanut leaves! Every day is a new adventure!

Wow, I never saw a frog this big! Fascinating, but the rattle snakes would scare me I think! I live in France, where they have a big tradition of eating frogs, but I can't see I find it much on menus here anymore.
