Continue from "Rushing Back To Home For Medicine...."

We woke up around 5 am and prepare to go Zalun with my friend truck. He picked up us at around 5:30 am and we start our journey. Before our journey, we discuss with my Aunt and my cousin about my son condition. They plan to bring him to the private hospital to check his condition although improve. I asked my aunt if my son need to admit hospital, we won’t go to Zalun. But my aunt explain me that it is just for double check for my son.

So we began our trip with failing up the diesel at gas station and need to repair a punched tire. We look for the tire repair shop along the road. We manage to find a shop and repair a tire. Unfortunately we need to replace the tire to continue to get to safe journey. After replace we continue our journey. We are heading towards busiest part of the road in Yangon.
After cross the Hlaing river, we can see flooding human everywhere on the road, such as bicycles, motor cycles, pedestrians, buses, cars, and many more.

To be honest I do not have such experience to see this kind of crowded and mess. It was so scary that everyone is rushing to their destination without worry for themselves to get accident. And the location was industrial zone for Yangon and all kinds of peoples from everywhere come and stay to get a job. So, everyone scare to get any trouble around the area.

After we cross the industrial zone, we had enter to Htantabin township, we decide to have our breakfast at suitable location for me. We found Shan Shwe Oo restaurant to take our breakfast. The restaurant was so nice, all the table is made from tree truck which is very rare to get and all the employee uniform was Shan traditional dress. They are well train and start from the good greeting until we leave. The place can do fishing and other entertainment. Their standard was international and the price also as well. I will be highly recommend this restaurant to you guys.

After about 45 mins drive, we reach to Nyaungdon river bridge which is longest bridge in Myanmar. The bridge was very long and very high but funny thing that my Myanmar government did was less than 2 kilometre away from the bridge, there is another bridge that parallel to this bridge. I do not know what the purpose of 2 bridges at same place. I might be wrong to judge anybody but there must have good reason to convince the government to approve the project.

Along the road to Danubyu, the road was wide enough but a lot of wave on the road. And we still can see only in Mynamar hand made road. All the road workers laying stone and sands by hand and they heat bitumen with the wooden fire and pour on the road like doing plantation. I feel sorry for everyone of them for their hard work, which they work under the sun and carry heavy thing , breaking the rock manually. I believe when our country become settle down and develop, it can become a story like other country.

Around Danubyu township, the concrete road was quite good until to the town, after Danubyu town, the best road in Myanmar begin. The road was donated from Japan government. The road is make of volcano lava from Japan and mixed with muddy soil and bitumen. They just finish early 2017 year and the area was under observation for the farm soil and the road. The quality of the road is very smooth and wide enough.

After we enjoy this road, we arrive to Zalun and our really off road begun to reach to fish farm. My friend need to drive on the shoulder of the farm until to the fish farm.

It was only about 1 kilometre away from the main road but we need to drive about 10 minutes to reach the fish farm. After arrived they carry me down from the truck and push me to the hut. The place was so windy and very peaceful.

My MUM brought for us Myanmar palm juice about 5 litres for us to drink and we enjoy the drink. After we drink, we have very good lunch with organic food, chicken, pork, fried fish, fish paste and organic vegetables. After we eat, we doing sight seeing and enjoy the time.

And I was very tired and getting the nap on the bamboo bench while they were preparing to load the goods to bring back to Yangon. The farm goods are banana brunch, fresh coconuts, many kinds of dry fishes, vegetables and many more.

On the way back, we dropped by Maryland village’s church to pray at Mother Mary grotto. This little village was historical place during Second World War, Japanese air force want to bomb this village, from little stream the haze was produce and covered the whole village like a human hand. At that time all the villagers were praying rosary to Mother Mary. So become the village named as Mary Land. Every year, on the feast day of Our lady of Lourdes, they celebrate the feast day as well. Many people from around the country come and pray at Mother Mary grotto.

The stream was near to the grotto and water come out right side of grotto area. A lot of miracle happen with this water. Many sick people shared their testimony on healing from sickness and become one of the famous grotto from Myanmar.

Unfortunately, after we come back, my friend hit rare tyre with the curve and get punched another tyre. So we have to drive slowly until to Danubyu and patch. After done everything, we drive back to Yangon safely.
