Thanks for sharing. Quick question...do Asian cuisines usually consist of white rice or brown rice? I'm trying to research which is more popular and which is healthier for digestion.

    Of course, we eat white rice daily.
    The reason why brown rice is not popular in China is that it is not tasty.
    I am pretty sure that brown rice is healthier, but unfortunately it is rated the lowest rice in China.
