Sleep is the most important requirement for recovery and regeneration. You age faster without it! Currently frequency specific magnetic fields have been found to amazing brainwave entrainment effects, allowing us to train the brain to find good sleep and naturally regenerate. Amazing what your doctors won't tell you.
