Healthy breakfast only 275 calories

My all time favorite breakfast.
Low calories, tastes amazing and will fill you up.
And its only 275 calories.

1/4 Avocado
1/4 of tomato
Red Onion
Salt, pepper, Aleppo pepper and red wine vinegar to top.
On Sara Lee 45 Calorie Wheat Bread.
