DON'T GIVE UP- PERSISTENCE IS KEY

One attribute which is paramount to our survival in life is persistence. Persistence refers to the determination to keep doing things which seemingly appear to have no headway.
So you started a business and you seem to be running at a lost for the first few months? Persist! This is one phase the big business in town once passed through which they might never tell you about.

When your business is still young, you might need to cough out money from your pocket to settle many financial burdens. Don't be disappointed just yet. This does not connote failure. This does not mean that your business is failing. No! Press on and you might just have a reason to celebrate later.

Many of the folks who joined Steemit at about the same time I joined, twerked away at the same speed at which they twerked in. The fact is, they were drawn in by juicy reports of folks who cashed out hundreds of dollars after their introductory posts only. As soon as these men didn't experience the same outcome from their introductory posts, they became too discouraged to continue. I, on the otherhand, decided to focus on the big picture. I can confidently tell you that I haven't for once, regreted that decision.

Steemit has teached me a lot of valuable lessons about life about life, including persistence, patience and willpower. These valuable lessons are what I have determined to apply in real life as I explore the limitless opportunities of my youthfullness.

Dear fellow young people, I use this medium to challenge you. That idea you want to discard because the first hours didn't turn out as enticing as your masterplan was. Don't discard it just yet. Persist!

That relationship you want to call quits because the person has developed some minor attitudes which were not there from day one, persist.

That steemit account you want to close because the turnout is not as fruitful as you expected, persist.

Who knows? These might be the same things that will make you smile in future.

"For whoever picks his basket to the market and cries each time he comes back, at the end, will not fail to come back with rejoicing," so the holy book says.
