Waking Up Early

I'm sure you all know how cosy it is to hit snooze on the alarm clock in the morning. And then do it again when the alarm goes off the second time.

I'm not a morning person by default but I force myself to get up. However, I've had quite a few days in a row now when I ended up rushing and still running late.

Tomorrow I'll try to get back to my early morning routine. Why?

  1. Having buffer for unplanned emergencies
Were you ever in a rush and then realized you still have to iron your shirt or pack your lunch? I had many of these moments and it's not fun.

  2. Exercise
I've found that while exercising right after work is also very enjoyable, it's also liable to be cancelled because of other things that come up. Morning exercise is virtually never cancelled.

  3. Enjoying peace and coffee
The early morning hours are so peaceful, so quiet. I truly enjoy that time of peace, time to myself, when I can think and when I can read.

What does your morning routine look like?

People would kill for that cup of coffee on the photo.
Or for the view if I'm more precise.

A few years ago, I would say I am not a morning person in a second. But now, with kids around, I can say I really am. Ok, it is hard to wake up. But when I do I can do so many things... But in the evening I am just too exhausted and not interested in a thing. 😄 Even though I still try to prepare everything in the evening, because I never know how much time the girls will need to get ready in the morning.

And btw, that cup of coffee on your photo... Amazing. The colors, and nature. But the most the fact that the river in the background is looking like the steam rising from the cup. Well done!

Friend, how are you? I get up very early but nothing pleases me more than a good cup of coffee with that I can continue my days without any problem
I send you many greetings

Getting up in the morning usually in the condition that you said is indeed really hard if I had no job than probably I would not have got the feelings , while that moments between the alarm hitting again does runs out like a rocket ;)

very good post i follow you so plz follow me back

Very good shot :)

Hello friend, I think my passion is to open my eyes and run making myself a good cup of coffee, and enjoy the weather and the cock singing, what you say about the morning exercise is true, it is a routine that is rarely canceled, and full of energy to face the day to day. Many greetings @penticton

My morning routine is snoozing indefinitely! But I'm aware that this habit is useless and make everything worse.
Although I feel dead every morning, I know that I should follow your advice and would need to convince of all the benefits. Your point 3 is one of the most encouraging ones for me - peace and coffee!!

From Monday to Friday I have my morning routine I must wake up early at 4:30 in the morning I hate to wake up early but I have to go to my job that is a bit far from home

I enjoy more of the weekends I usually wake up a little later this is what I love

I think we do not like to have to wake up a lot. I often want the alarm clock not to sound or not to use it.

I must wake up early to take my daughter to school and then go to work that is my routine in the morning
