오늘의 점심!! 귀리를 섞어 지은밥으로 다이어트하자 ! '오트밀밥' 'Oatrice'

갑자기 늘어난 체중으로 .. 식단조절을 하고 있는 요즘..

귀리를 알게 되었어여 ~

세계10대 슈퍼푸드에 속해 있는 귀리(오트밀)!!

요즘 대세죠 ㅋㅋ 혈관에도 좋고 식이섬유도 풍부해서 장청소도 해준다네요~

그래서 오늘 귀리를 넣어서 밥을 지었어요 ~

처음먹는거라 백미 7 귀리 3 로 7:3의 비율로 밥을 지었어요 .

백미로만 밥을지었을 때보다 훨씬 더 고소한 냄새가 나더라구요~ ㅋㅋ

먹어보니 밥맛도 너무 맛있어서 내일은 5:5 비율로 밥을 지어볼 예정입니다 .
