Here we are practising syntropic methodology to plant the 3 garden beds. Created by Ernest Gotsch, there idea is density, diversity and keeping the soil covered with mulch.

So we are planting rows of figs trees, immersion trees like espanillo & poplar, then for harvest plants, kale, lettuce, onions, raddish, cabbage, rocket, agarve, aloe vera, lavendar, rosemary, sage and arkichokes

Planting dense like this keeps the root systems working together to fill the space, covering the soil with canopy shade and keeping unwanted weeds in check.
