Education

Different countries and even different states have varying regulations on who can become a teacher. In some places, at least a bachelor's degree with an additional teaching degree is required. Others require a specific type of teaching degree and a certification. Some places require a combination of any degree and a teaching certification. If you want to teach a specific group such as High School students, your may need to take a certain amount of classes in that subject in order for you to teach it. The most important thing is to decide where you want to teach and what kind of teaching you want to do. From there, select the best path that fits your needs!

Training

Most people receive their training while pursuing their teaching degree or certifications. Usually, teaching students are required to do placements in schools to help them practice the concepts they've learned. Students may be required to do a number of placements, and these placements vary in length. As a general note, the more placements you do the easier it is for you to secure a job in the future!
