Hello friends, today I will talk to you about Baklava. Baklava is one of my favorite desserts. And I am very fortunate to be studying in Gaziantep, which is famous forits Baklava. If we look at the Baklava's history. In terms of the participation of contemporary cultures, Baklava has been the I skilip since the pre-Turks settled in Anatolia as a source and is naturally a Turkish dessert. It is seen that if the case is taken in terms of the healing meaning of I skilip in ancient times, it is produced as a medicine. There is no evidence to support this claim, although it is alleged that the origins of the baklava were based on the Syriacs. On the other hand, the date of the Baklava goes back to the Assyrians, but this sweet was made by sprinkling dry fruits between the two doughs and baking them in the oven. This baklava has been loved and varied by various nations of the world. Vrionis described the ancient Greek desserts such as gastric, copte , cop one or cop top lakos, as specified in Deipno so piste, as baklava and claimed that these were Byzantine desserts. But the world famous celebrity specialist Charles Perry has shown that these desserts are not baklava, because these desserts do not contain dough. These sweets were made with hazelnut and honey mixed and looked like today's pastry or helvana. Perry also stated that the food (eg.. burrito) made by putting the ingredients between the thin flakes (yufka) is of Turkis horigin and that this technique originated from Central Asia Turkis horigin. In addition to these, I would like to give you 3 suggestions for places you can eat baklava in Antep. Because Antep also makes baklava really nice.

1.Suggestion -> ÇELEBİOĞULLARIBAKLAVA :They have a perfect presentation with Antep peanut next to it. I think these is my favorite place to eat baklava

2.Suggestion -> KOÇAK BAKLAVA
