Am I Drained? Or Detox?

In my experience, life and mind will test you periodically - bringing challenging thoughts and feelings. It's normally when we are feeling weak. Detox sounds like the perfect time for mind to show up and try to throw you off balance.

What I have learned is that we can never get everything thing perfect. We will never make every little change necessary to rest easy. We have to see how that plays into a story of incompleteness which just goes on.

I know you a bit, and you do a lot more than most on the physical level to balance and cleanse yourself. You do alot more than me.

I think you can rest easy for a while and do what you need to, to feel relaxed and comfortable. Break a few rules in full knowledge that you are on an awesome path that you can't be shaken from at this stage.

For me anyhow I always have to temper things, make peace with where I'm at now and not need it to be anything else. To relax, release, observe, and let go of the story. That's my whole journey in a nutshell.

I have Definitely found the meditation will be good, and it doesn't have to be some event either. Some times sitting with the trees for five minutes without engaging with the thoughts is enough.

Thanks for the reminder. Thoughts are just attacking me a lot lately. Even now when I woke up in the middle of the night first thing I found myself was thinking about something tiring. But I'm not giving my attention today :P

I will strive to do that, I sometimes tend to forget making peace with where I'm at :)

That's meditation as well, isn't it? :) I just have a lot easier time not engaging with thoughts when I do my meditation on time, preferably right after I wake up... I want to go whole days of not engaging with them, then my vibration is the highest :D at least the ones that bring me nothing & that's majority

And I believe when we are truly silent everything just sits in place, without too much trying :) Not to mention manifestation is easy then whereas when bombarded with various thoughts almost impossiblek
