Moderation is a nice excuse to occasionally do really bad things to ourselves.
Whoever came up with the idea that doing unhealthy things in moderation isn't harmful must be the smartest salesman in the world.

    I get where your coming from, though we are emotional beings and make a different judgement on risk and reward, it's not always about the most logical choices and I think it might also go beyond this too, which is that we can take something that is healthy and make it unhealthy as well if we are not careful
