After watching kanye west / charlamagne interview, I decided to revisit, Kanye's last remark, " develop cities". Such a concept isn't new isn't new to me, I had made a video about it a while back (link below). This time though, I want to demonstrate why this is still a logical step and offer ideas how someone can accomplish such a goal.
