Rise Above The Noise!

I had an interesting experience on my last vacation. We were airborne from Lagos to Dubai, when I took this picture; thousands of feet above sea level.
A look from the window gave me an insight; there is no noise at the top! No competition! Even the cloud was beneath us!

There are some levels in life where we have to deal and bear with noises. We wake up to it, and at times, go through each day in the midst of noises.

Oh, don't get me wrong! I'm not talking about the noise from the neighbourhood or the one made by car horns as you drive along the road.

I'm talking about the noise from people close to you. The noise from situations around you. The noise from people and things that have told you how unworthy and unfit you are.

Any utterance that tends to diminish your personality is a noise!

You may not be able to do anything about the noise, but you can do something about yourself - rise above it!
Never allow people or situations to deter you from pursuing your dream. Keep a right attitude, and keep going towards your dream. Don’t be bitter towards anyone who doesn’t believe in you. Love them all the same, but keep moving in spite of the noise.

Believe in yourself, and one day, you will arrive at the fulfillment of your dream. You will reach the top - high above, where the noise becomes mute; a level where noise becomes inconsequential! And trust me; the view from the top is amazing!
