A zoo at home

He was arrested in 1989 for the murder of presidential candidate Luis Carlos Galan in August 1989. He was the official killer of the Medellin cartel leader. During his trial, Popeye confessed to twenty-five murders and participated in 540 assassinations. He also confessed to having ordered about 3,000 murders on behalf of the cartel.
