Today, I read book by Eckhart Tolle 'The Power Of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment'.

After Reading such a beautiful book, I want to share my view on Time: Now, Past and Future.
Under the same Title- Power Of Now. I hope you all like this.
Before writing my perception on 'Now', I want to mention my favorite quote from this book.
Quotes:

"Time isn't precious at all, because it is an illusion. What you perceive as precious is not time but the one point that is out of time: the Now. That is precious indeed. The more you focused on time - past and future - the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is."

Second on love, " Love is not selective, just as the light of the sun is not selective. It does not make one person special. It is not exclusive. Exclusivity is not the love of God but the "love" of
ego. However, the intensity with which true love is felt can vary. There may be one person who reflects your love back to you more clearly and more intensely than others, and if that person feels the same toward you, it can be said that you are in a love relationship with him or her. The bond that connects you with that person is the same bond that connects you with the person sitting next to you on a bus, or with a bird, a tree, a flower. Only the degree of intensity with which it is felt differs."

Yes, I agree with Eckhart Tolle that we are not our mind. Our mind is the greatest obstacles to enlightenment. And thinking has become a disease. Disease happen when things get out of balance. For example when you eat more than your diet or unbalanced diet. you suffered from Food poisoning.
But the problems of the mind can not be solved on the level of mind. Once you recognize the roots of unconsciousness as identification with the mind, which of course include the emotions, you step out of it. You become Present.

Sounds like a great book! I really appreciate the reminder about living in the now. Between worrying about future events and past mistakes I sometimes forget that life continues to flow whether I am present for it or not. It is kind of funny that not being present in the moment can lead to a self fulfilling prophecy of poor decision making which can then result in future mistakes as well as brooding over the past and the future.

I also like the point that you brought up about love not being exclusive. This is a fallacy all too often enforced by society. I see it in romantic comedies all of the time. I wish that society was more awakened to the idea of love as an unlimited force. Knowing that love is everywhere but the intensity may vary makes for a much more wholesome outlook on life.

yes, we need to aware our society with new idea of love and time. ♥️
