at some point in their lives but for those in the political, activist and journalist circles trolling has taken on a whole new meaning as the government now has paid operative who's single purpose is to infiltrate groups to manipulate, deceive and destroy any narrative that does not play into their agenda.

I don't think they are unstoppable, especially on steem, this is such a thoroughly saturated population of critical thinkers that trolls hardly get fed. I have also helped bring down trolls here, and they can't do anything once they lose trust or credibility, they just exist stage left. What's interesting about trolls, if you troll them hard enough you should have a very good idea exactly how and and in which direction you want to take things, and you can usually hang them with their own words or logic and string them up.

The mistake of "not logging out" made this scenario really easy to spot. Well noted and shared. It's unsurprising that this approach is adopted. Alex Jones and Stefan Molyneux recently discussed just this kind of thing, labelling words as the moddern instrument of warfare.

One time I found a blatant troll. He made himself a dead giveaway. Attacked a bunch of people on James Corbett's channel for believing 9/11 was a conspiracy. Not only did he stand out, I noticed the exact same guy in a totally different youtube channel harassing others and essentially defending trolls. I checked his videos where he had a few that he made, attacking David Seaman, Corbett and others and denying pizzagate/pedogate is real. I carried on a conversation with him knowing he was a legitimate troll, just to amuse myself by his thought process.. it's like they all follow some manual on how to manipulate, deceive and divide.

I've tried organizing my own anti-troll unit that would essentially go out and counter trolls. The goal was to steer the trolls away from their targets and or chase them off of a thread.
But no one is willing to put in the time.

Having said that I have witnessed this 3 or 4 times on my channel from different users and only documented/filmed it this one time...the odds of there being around 5 schizophrenic/split personality types watching my content and commenting makes it seem that it's more likely a few if not all of them have some other agenda

A friend and I have noticed many things on Reddit regarding saying anything about the Flat Earth. Flat Earth discussion is taboo in the mainstream psuedoscience and as Niel DeGrasse Tyson said it is a "Threat to National Security." Keeping all this in mind, I wasn't surprised with the results of our little research on the people who attacked and harassed my friend for simply making a few points and asking questions on this topic. This all happened on Reddit. This is what we were able to conclude:
When my friend made a few points on the subject he began being confronted by multiple accounts that were ONLY being offensive and harassing, none of them chose to take any of the points with any maturity and it was like watching little kids namecalling someone while ignoring the argument. Only trying to make him mad.
My friend had to abandon reddit for reasons that didnt allow him to have internet or a device. When he came back after a month or two, he realized these people had been tagging him EVERY DAY. This is a behavior I personally have seen in other discussions where people use tagging someone to summon you to see all the harassing they have done while you were gone or to summon their "buddies" / coworkers to make sure their mission is accomplished.
The discussions had been going on everyday for more than 20 days where my friend was not even present. Everyday they would tag him and harass him in many different posts (regarding the Flat Earth).
When we looked into some of the user profiles we found a very interesting pattern. They were active mostly from 8pm to 5pm Monday-Friday with Weekends off... This had to be one of the most revealing facts. This can only mean they were at an office / workspace when they made these comments and that whatever workplace they were in, they are allowed to waste their entire schedule harassing other people. If this was just an organic person at home that had nothing better to do, or at work even then the place they are working in has no supervision? And with such a precise discipline of 8am-5pm schedule. Interesting?
There are more things I am unable to remember at the moment but hopefully this will add to the criteria of the readers who also watched the Video. There are many other reasons we have realized Reddit is totally controlled, the mods are biased in favor of government (or likely controlled entirely by it) I wish I could go deeper into this but I don't have the time. Hope this helps open some eyes
