Congratulations for this post. It helped me a lot to understand what one day I asked a participant of a class that was giving administration. I tell them that I am a graduate in administration and one of the aspects that the administration is dealing with is decision making. In one of my classes one day a student asked me after I made my presentation to what I was doing, to which I replied: I am an administrator; then I ask myself: administrator of what? I began to reflect because an administrator must manage himself, to be able to manage the affairs of others. That is why you should start with the decisions. A decision can change your life and determine a destination, so if we are managers, the first thing we must do is to manage our own lives by making the best decisions that will take us to a safe destination.
