Nice find I was thinking of this subject a lot recently, trying to direct films myself in college and looking to the greats like Kubrick all being overly maniacal yet genius, I was starting to think you had to be an asshole to be great. But the message is so insightful, to be a leader you have to be a Disagreeable Giver. Thanks for posting! I resteemed
