It is normal that sometimes we lack motivation to act, but if laziness starts to disturb you, perhaps it is time to introduce new habits.
1. Create a list of "things to do".
Dr. Carla Marie Manly, a clinical psychologist, suggests that the list should be short and real to be done and that tedious duties should be intertwined with the activities we like - rewards.
2. Invite friends for dinner.
If you are wondering what with laziness, your friends and eating is in common, it's very simple. The organization of the meeting can be used as a motivation to clean the flat, to make inventory.
3. Regularly evaluate your professional career.
If you often surf the web at work or combine as soon as you get out of it, it can be a sign that you should think about changes. To fight laziness, try to regularly assess where you are currently on the road to your smaller and larger goals, how your work is up to your values - advises Roy Cohen, coach and author of the book "The Wall Street Proffesional's Survival Guide".
4. Find the time to catch your breath.
If you have days when you can not get a little motivation to do anything, think about starting to work our or meditate. A 10-minute walk, stretching, meditation, will improve your mood and will be an injection of energy that you will use as you like - Dr. Nesochi Okeke- Igbokwe from New York University encourages.
