The source of our stress and mental suffering is many things. Here are 8 behaviors that in my opinion are the main reason for this. Maybe this is the cause to start fighting them?

1. Give up the internal compulsion to always be right.
Many of us can not even stand the thought of being wrong. Meanwhile, no one is infallible. Is it worthwhile to risk an argument or even ending a valuable relationship in defense of one's ego?
2. Get rid of negative thoughts about yourself.
Most of them are foolish, irrational, and above all - they work self-destructively. It's worth to take a closer look at them and challenge them in time let them permanently fit in our self-image.
3. Change the beliefs that limit you.
Stop divide the ones you can do and which ones they are able to do. Do not let him stop you, hamper your own possibilities.
4. Stop complaining.
Are you constantly complaining about situations, people or events that make you unhappy, sad and unhappy? It is not them that release these feelings in you, but your way of perceiving reality is responsible for that. Nothing and no one can make you sad or unhappy - unless you allow it.
5. Stop with continuous criticism.
Stop rejecting in advance what is different, unusual and different. We are all different, and at the same time, similar to each other, if only in terms of the need for acceptance. Respect that.
6. Learn to tame your fears.
"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." said Franklin D. Roosevelt. Realize that fear only exists in your head and you decide whether you will rule over you.
7. Separate yourself from the past.
Do you still think about unused opportunities? The present moment is all you have and nothing will change that. Be here and now in everything you do and enjoy life!
8. Stop living a life that is consistent with the expectations of others
In pursuit of approval, do you follow what others think is best for you, ignoring your own needs? Remind yourself what you really want and what you want is the greatest pleasure.
