About 5 life facts should be remembered when we need life motivation - believes Dr. Travis Bradberry, a well-known researcher of emotional intelligence.
1. Being busy is not about being productive.
People all around seem to be constantly busy with work. But how many of them actually succeed, go forward, do something productive? Within eight hours of work, how much do we actually work?
2. Great successes are often preceded by great failures.
We sometimes envy people of success, we say that "they were lucky" forgetting what the way to the top looks like, how many obstacles they had to overcome to be where they are now.
3. Fear is the main source of remorse.
Defeats are a part of life, we do not usually regret them, but the challenges we did not undertake. Work on the control of fear, and in the future you will not feel guilty for not doing something.
4. Self-esteem must flow from the inside.
If your sense of fulfillment or value results from comparing yourself with others, you are not the master of your own destiny. If you're happy with yourself, do not let anyone downend your achievements. In other words, try not to build self-esteem on what others say about you. Remember that someone's words can only hurt when we allow it.
5. People who surround us have the greatest impact on us.
It is worth taking care of people with whom we spend the most time. Try to choose friends, friends, co-workers, to inspire us, motivate us, be able to accompany us in difficult times, and do not put on foot. We have an influence on who we are dealing with.
