Little Bit Appreciation Might Have Good Impact in Someone else's Life

Those who knows me, know very well how bad I am in expressing my feeling toward anything. Worse part, I can’t do any of them to someone close to me, someone I dearly love, even for close friends. In case anyone have heard me saying them, that person may be lucky :D. Its not that I am not trying, I am working on it anyway, but still feel awkward haha

It wasn’t my first time, but today, after long long day with students, their research papers, their academic things. I got tired from early morning. As soon as I got to my office, my collage from work asked me to review his research paper. I was in the position of needing someone else help while doing my master thesis, I was desperately need someone help almost all the time. And I know now is my turn to do so. After reading his paper, giving him some feedback. He asked how I was doing with 2 jobs, and etc. And as expected I complained about my bad time management and how I was thinking to resign from one of them but couldn’t make it this term. What he said last really got me:

“Last semester you got into hospital twice ( i don’t even remember how many time actually :D ) ...You don’t need to resign, you did okay here anyway”

At the same time. I got a message from a close friend back in Sarajevo, a best friend I rarely keep in touch with - only “ Miss you” , or “ love you” from time to time. Fyi, my turkish friends love to say those words ;)

Its not that big thing for those who are good in expressing their feeling, good in appreciate someone close to them. I know someone like that, it is sweet to see, lovely to be precise, but I know it seems too hard for me

You know what, litte bit appreciation, praise won’t hurt, instead..it might do good, it might have good impact on someone else’s life

So, why start later, when you can just start it now, right? :)
