Dependency on social networks

in life •  7 years ago

Social networks have become an integral part of our lives. As the Internet has largely replaced all media, toys, traditional stores and much more, so social networks have in some ways replaced the rest of the Internet: pages, communities, public places are like little sites where you can find everything that there are other sites, and even more - information about the personal lives of the owners of the pages.

Dependence from dependence should begin with the definition of time frames of being in the social network. It's best to go to the page at about the same time - for example, in the evening after work. Connoisseurs are advised also to disable notifications coming to the mail - so there will be no temptation to visit the social network at an unplanned time.

It is often necessary to meet real people - friends, acquaintances. Virtual communication should be replaced as much as possible by the real one. You can also find yourself interesting activities that will distract from the social network and allow, so to speak, to feel the real world.

It is important to remember that real life flows in reality, and not in a virtual world, which at the best is just a faint reflection of real life. Therefore, the social network should become more leisure and entertainment in your spare time, rather than some important component of being.
