Don't rush to create the 'perfect image of happiness'!

Happiness is the one big topic you may hear thousands of times. People love to talk about it, to know more about it and all. There's a high chance that you feel overwhelmed by all the tips, tricks, ways to find happiness. You may try this or that to make you happy but still fail.

Believe me, it's not your fault that you can't make the perfect happiness. Because it doesn't exist. There's no perfect image of happiness. It all depends on our perspective.

Social pressure and expectation made us believe that we have to ensure certain things and only then we can be happy. Also, we set some of our goals there to create a perfect image of happiness. It's not very hard to understand that, you never can ensure your future. That means you are exchanging your happiness with all different things and keeping yourself wait longer to happen happiness.

Happiness doesn't work like this. Happiness is not a destination. And no matter how you try you can't make the perfect image. Because of your goal, expectation, and everything will change when you reach there.

What you see on social media or in society is just eyewash. Believe me, there is imperfection just behind a perfect happy image. It can be your favorite influencer's lifestyle or just a family image of one of your relatives. You may think that 'what a perfect image of happiness'. But ask yourself, if the image really reflect happiness. If you expand your noticing skill you will get to see the loophole in life.

Happiness lies in your hands, you just have to choose to be happy, right in this very moment. Don't wait, don't rush to make it perfect. What happiness you are experiencing is perfect!
