When you feel no motivation!

Feeling down for days? No clue what's wrong with you? Not feeling good about anything? No inspiration for doing any work? Don't worry, it happens to all of us. Feeling no motivation is just a temporary phase. Well, it depends whether it will be temporary or not on how you want to deal with it!

It's normal to feel clueless when you feel no motivation. People rush to feel good, try so many things, hang out with friends and all. But do you know an instance of doing all of this you can practice something which will help you in the long term? Let's talk about it!

Consider the reason why you are feeling less motivated. But I wouldn't say it's necessary. If you want to avoid knowing the reason shortly then it's okay. Take your time to feel better. But don't skip knowing the true reasons. It will help you understand lots of things easily.


There are many things we can do during this 'bad time'. We can choose to connect with people, go for a walk or travel somewhere. But do you know what will be best for us and will help in the long term? Giving yourself time to understand thyself, to improve your connection with your inner self. These are way more helpful than we think.

You will see most of the time we avoid connecting with thyself. We fear to face ourselves, confront our true emotions. But once you do this during your bad days when you feel less motivation; it will let you improve yourself a lot more. And this is what necessary to feel motivated all the time. Also, this can help us to self-motivate when needed and help us develop as a person.

Just remember to not rush and feel no worries. Everything will be fine!
