A necessary daily reminder...by Lush?!

I came to appreciate Lush a lot lately. It's not easy to find anything Lush products here but when I do I really like to get some stuff.

Here's what it came in the box with a product. It strike me as a very good message to read and re-read and remember because it is so easy to forget.

This is an idea that I'm trying to embrace beyond words, at DNA level. A message that must become part of who I am and manifest itself in all that I do.
But it is hard because people suck. I suck too at times. It's hard to carry on, for fear of being taken for a fool. Still, isn't this real courage then?

Remind me of another quote that is dear to me:

But the thing is that again, this is not something we are trained to do and no one really talks about that in school. The mind-training is almost 100% ignored in schools and ultimately, in most cases, it comes down to this. What do you think, how do you think and what is your way of dealing with things. Now, a beautiful mind is elusive though a beautiful attitude is instantly apparent. However, there are two different things...

In my experience, people who are a certain way are that way a lot by nature then by exercise and habit. A desire to change and be more is necessary if somehow you haven't reached to these conclusions by yourself. As many things I tend to observe lately, there's a lot of hogwash until it isn't.

Gratitude, kindness, love, love yourself, smile, give, be present. Words. words.words.

Until they become more: a way of life.
