Today was day three of my weight loss challenge. So far so good. I have been trying to add more healthy options to my day. Going from my previous diet to my new healthy diet has been a challenge simply because i dont know what to eat.
For breakfast i had yogurt, raspberries and a boiled egg.
My lunch was excellent. I had a healthy sandwich, another boiled egg and more raspberries. My sandwich had bell pepper, onion, spinach, cheese, avacado.
I had my salad again for dinner. Three days of salad for dinner. Tonights salad was unique. I had spinach, bell pepper, onion, broccoli sprouts, black beans, sunflower seeds, and a few walnuts.

Current weight: 236
