Each night I am trying to control my blood sugar by reducing my Carb's intake and by this I will keep reducing my weight down.
However. .. food at dinner is a joy and I am trying to ban it from my list.
So I do not eat in most of nights thus if I eat any Carb's at night then my morning will be baaaad yes bad ... I will have huge headech in my head... and my left hand will be shocking like an automatic electric hammer...
On yesterday I decided to eat beans only... WOW at the beginning it was great...then my room mate btoght some Chinese and Japanese roasted corn flakes with cheese flavours. ..
I could not stop myself.. I took a handful of this great tasty snack only...
Only... yes... Only. ..some roasted beans and some corn flakes...
OMG ... On today morning ...the headech killed me...I was hitting my head to the walls.... hearing 1000000000000 angry monsters in my head screaming...
I took my sugar blood tablets to reduce the pain... but still..by the way... I do not take these medical tablets on regular basis as per the Dr advice... I know it is my mistake...
But I am angry...sad...not happy and depressed....
No problem
I hope the blood sugar will go down ...
