1. Hiding food : Put all that you need not eat outside of your sight
2. Replace unhealthy things with something natural (fruits, dried fruits, organic grapes ....)
3. Stop buying definitely unhealthy things
4. You must occupy your mind, the emptiness will push you towards your bad habit
5. To avoid snacking, you must eat well during the main meals
