We the people often fall in the state of depression & have suffered enough.

Sometimes it goes to that extent where few people choose to give up their life or even worse.

What is depression?

In a sentence ,Depression is a mental health disorder.

Some of the end results of Depression that we are familiar with

• Sadness
• Feeling down
• Having a loss of interest
• Pleasure in daily activities
• Insomnia
• hypersomnia (excessive sleeping)
• Or at worse recurrent thoughts of death or suicide, or attempt at suicide

It is often a common attribute in today's world ,few of the reasons why we fall into depression as far as i have seen

• Failed Marriage life
• love life not gone as planned
• and the most important MONEY

One of the research states that

• Depression seems to be more common among women than men

Some of the causes of depression which are likely to guess to be

• a complex combination of genetic, * biological,
• environmental, and
• psychosocial factors.

Depression is a persistent problem, not a passing one.

Treatments for depression:

Depression is a treatable mental illness.

(I have seen few of my dear ones getting in this situation which led them to their destruction in life)

For which I should say

• Support- This is the best way and helps in almost all the way. Be there always for that person.Give the person hope in Life and allow him/her to get the value of life.

• Psychotherapy- also known as talking therapies, With a Psychologist

• Drug treatment-antidepressants.

It is a very dangerous illness which kills the person from Inside and in few cases few even don't get the chance to recover.

Finally I shall say
People shall Love life as it is very much more than a few days of bad things
Remember in your Happiness lies someone else's Happiness.
