Train more than 4 times in the week, because 2-3 isn't enough! Why? Because your body needs total fatigue!
When you lift, you should try to do between 8 and 15 repetitions in a row. That’s one set. Wait a minute in between sets to rest. (If you want really hard workout then wait about 30 seconds between sets).
Always give maximum. Why? Because if you feel your muscle burn then it shows it's growing!
Sleep for at least 7 hours. Why? If your body rests, your muscles can repair themselves and it grows!
Eat much. Wait no, NOT crap! What crap includes? It includes fast food (pizza, burger, fries..) and even not chocolate but if you REALLY want something sweet then eat 90% chocolate (as know as dark chocolate). It wouldn't taste as good as milk chocolate BUT DO YOU WANT TO GET FIT OR NOT? Basically eat meat, fish, eggs, potatoes, and fruits!
