We are living in a world loaded with tension, duties, commitments, etc. It's extremely normal and common to feel discouraged and demotivated. We all need to confront the 'Terrible Day'.
I'm seeing individuals around me to utilize distinctive procedure to get up from the terrible circumstance and feel good. But a few times those doesn't work. What I'm offering you will bring you euphoria. Furthermore, the technique is extremely straightforward and simple -Treat Yourself.
We generally needs other's attention, complement in our life. But we regularly neglected to complement ourselves. Say 'You are the best to you'. Also, treat your self with what accessible to you. It could be a film, music, travel, a good food or simply a chocolate. Give yourself a gift once in a while. It will feel extraordinary, I guarantee you.
I'm having a bad day today and offered myself a cup of hot chicken and spinach soup in this afternoon.
Try not to give you a chance to feel down for the circumstances. Stay up, remain positive.
I don't think saying myself "I am the best" is a good idea. It may leads to delusion of grandeur :)

Not necessarily. It's about pursuit of understanding. We all know people out there are doing better than us. But in our ability we are doing our best and to say & remind thyself that is OK to me.
