Sanitation is the biggest problem Africa is facing . I did my research in one of the cities in Ghana and noted that about a margin of only 7.2 of the waste is been used and burn , out of the 78% . Rubbish is been thrown anywhere forgetting about the diseases it will produce or emanate.Life expectancy in Africa has reduce to 70 years , all because of filth we are swimming in given us all lot diseases . All these act comes into one umbrella to form an attitude . Our attitude is really killing us , untill we get to know that throwing rubbish anyhow and polluting environment is the cause of our illness , we will continue to face problems in our health. Is time we change our attitude knowing the best for ourselves to have positive effect on our country .
Filth leads to diseases and sickness then to death .
Lets all change for better health for better development .
