hi there Reniel Nueda Here! I been hooked to calisthenics this past few months,
what is CALISTHENICS?
Calisthenics is gymnastic exercises to achieve bodily fitness and grace of movement. Others says it is a street work out using body weight or body weight training.

What I love in calisthenics?
Calisthenics doesn't require any equipment necessary as long as you have some bar bench, you can do calisthenics basically everywhere!

Benefits of calisthenics:
*Increased Muscle and Tone
Calisthenics are one of the only ways to build muscle mass and strength without the use of weights. However, it might not be the choice for the hard-core body builder.

*Flexibility
When you get stronger, you also become more flexible. In fact, you cannot become more flexible without building muscle strength

*Weight Loss
Calisthenics tackle the problem of burning excess fat from two directions. First, the strength training builds muscle mass and tone all over your body.

*Endurance
One of the most beneficial effects of calisthenics is increased endurance. Circuit training calisthenics requires you to do as many repetitions of an exercise as possible, without rest, until fatigued.

Calisthenics is the name given to repetitive exercises that use the resistance of your own body to build strength, increase flexibility and burn fat. No equipment or weights are used in calisthenics, and the exercises can be performed anywhere there is a floor and enough space to move in. The benefits of calisthenics effects are wide-reaching.

My Daily Routine after work:
6 km walk
20-25 pull ups
30-50 push ups
20-30 dips

Here some of the routine the we are doing hope you like it!

Enjoy Life, Live Healthy, Eat healthy, Do fitness, Because you'll not enjoy money if you're in sickness!
