Is there really a Secret to Success or at least a Formula that we can use?

Psychologist Angela Lee Duckworth says having Talent and Intelligence do not necessarily make one Successful.

Successful people normally possess the trait or the "ability to stick with something when it is not working out", which most people call "Grit".

Watch Angela Duckworth’s talk at TED as she elaborates the concept of Grit and how to develop it in our lives.

Five Ways to Improve Your Grit:

  • Praise Yourself
  • Be with People Who Persevere
  • Be Flexible and Open to Opportunities
  • Take One Step at a Time
  • Find time to Reflect
