    J. Timberlake, Bruno Mars, lots of others; they've all tried to be MJ at some point.
    I think this performance marks the transition from SuperStar to MegaStar. If the internet had been around at the time, it would've shut down for about an hour after this performance.

          I remembering watching this broadcast live and this was literally the first time I saw the 'Moonwalk'....I gasped a full second before anyone in the crowd even did! I was like . . . WHAT in the! Too cool @rgeddes
