Alcohol is bad for health, but not all of them! I even don't consider beer as an alcohol. It is just a soft drink to chill your angry mood. And it turns out that beer has also some health benefits!

  1. Beer helps reduce the risk of heart diseases. According to Italy’s Fondazion di Ricerca e Cura, people who drink a pint of beer everyday have 31% lower chance of heart attack.

  2. Beer fights Alzheimer’s disease. A moderate beer drinker has 23% less risk of the disease than who doesn't drink.

  3. Beer lowers diabetes. The alcohol in it increases insulin sensitivity. According to a 2011 Harvard study, middle-aged men who drink one to two beers daily have a 25% less risk of type 2 diabetes.

  4. Beer helps prevent kidney stones.

  5. Minimises the risk of cancer. The Beer has an antioxidant named xanthohumol which contains powerful anti -cancer properties.

  6. Beers help strengthen bones and reduce the risks of stroke.

  7. You can also use beer to treat dandruff. It is one of the best natural treatments of dandruff.

So, if you were feeling guilty for drinking beer, stop feeling from the very moment and enjoy your drink :)

Have a good day steemians.

Hey @rinki great post. I am following you for more such content BUT I want to ask you something really important. First of all, no offence, I just want to know what kind of name will you give to such beer which doesn't have any amount of concentration? If it doesn't have any amount of alcohol concentrated then it should be called soft drink?

I wrote that, I don't feel like it contains alcohol which is my opinion. But it contains alcohol that's why it helps with these health issues!! I hope you get me. Good day :)

Yes, I got it. But don't you think benefits induced by alcohol are only short-term benefits?
