Meet me again @ risky33 this time I want to share 4 tips about We sometimes often forget to care for eye health. the eye is included in the five most important senses in the human body. Without the eyes, we can not see the beauty of the world and the faces of our closest people. To ensure the eyes stay healthy with age, here are 4 tips of me hopefully useful.
1.Reduce the use of eye drops. Using eye drops to cope with red eyes may, but only occasionally. If excessive, it will even damage the health of your eyes.
2 . To maintain eye health, try not to spend too much time in front of computer screen. It can make eyes tired.
3 . To maintain eye health, avoid reading in dim lights that can cause eye strain.If the eyes feel tired, stop for a while and rest.
