Preventing and Overcoming Depression
Research shows that there is a link between coffee with decreased risk of depression in a person. The most vulnerable to depression are women, the content in coffee is able to function to fight depression.
A study showed that drinking coffee can reduce the risk of depression by 10 percent, when compared with people who do not drink coffee at all.
Other studies have also shown that women who consume two to three cups of coffee a day have a 15 percent lower risk of depression. According to a report in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine in 2011.
It is unique, although soda has caffeine substances in it, but research experts do not find any benefit of soft drinks to minimize the problem of depression.!
