It's often difficult to change people, because it's out of our hands. Instead, we can accompany them, sow a seed and sometimes leave. Our best way of helping someone is not to turn them into a new person, but rather to offer support as they journey along their own path. Sometimes we want to change others, to make them think like us, to follow in our footsteps, but every life is unique. Some people progress at their own pace, but once they learn to run, they can surpass our own progress, which reminds us of humility.
It's essential not to judge others, not to try to force them to change according to our own convictions. Instead, we can offer them tools, words that might be useful to them at some point in their lives. It's important to remember that change takes time, just like natural processes in nature. Forcing things can break them, but by giving them time, they can grow and flourish.
Giving others time to evolve is an act of love and patience. Our role is not to change them, but to encourage them to believe in the possibility of change. Even if we don't always see the immediate results of our actions, every sincere and loving word we offer can sow a seed of transformation. It's important to remember that we're all human, and that we all need to experience and grow at our own pace.
By taking care of ourselves and offering our love and support to others, we can move forward in life together. The seeds we sow today may blossom in a future we can't yet imagine.
