Many of us have a lot of misconceptions about heart attack. That's why many times we make the wrong decision too. If not treated properly, in a few minutes, people can lead to death, cardiovascular disease or heart problems. The risk of heart attacks among women is higher than men. However, many do not know that there is a difference between heart attack and cardiac arrest. The difference is also in treatment. There are several other such information about cardiovascular disease.

  1. Heart attack and cardiac arrest are not one-
Many people think heart attacks and cardiac arrest are the same. But the main difference between these two is that, heart attack is blocked in a certain part of the heart and the body is damaged. But cardiac arrest stops working the whole part of the heart. As a result, people lose consciousness and they do not have heart problems.

  2. Women are more likely to have heart disease
Suddenly cardiac arrest can be more in women. As far as looking at a woman from outside to look healthy, does not mean that she is unlikely to be suffering from heart disease. And this possibility is said to be more among men than women. Most women neglect their health while leading the family. Do not go to the doctor on time or do medication.

  3. In 40-50 years women are more likely to have heart disease-
At this age, the risk of heart disease is highest. Because, at this age, women reached the menopause stage, at this age the hormone stopped protecting the body and at this age, women suffered the most lonely. After 60 years of life, the risk of heart disease is high. That time is also dangerous for men.

  4. Extra anxiety-
Though it is thought that anxiety may be a heart attack, anxiety is not a direct cause of heart disease. But if you are worried many people smoke excessively, eat lean food or drink alcohol. Basically this may be due to a heart attack. Besides, anxiety increases the risk of high blood pressure. As a result, there is a risk of a heart attack.

  5. High blood pressure and high cholesterol-
High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol These two can be called the Gupta Ghatak. Many times the symptoms of cardiovascular disease can not be understood until blood pressure or cholesterol is not much. But then it was too late. The best fight against these two killers can be the eating habits of low fat and regular exercise. Try 150 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week.

Your 1. points message is verry simillar to cancer. You often hear "ahh, he died on cancer", even it wasnt cancer. But its easyer to say. And point 4 isnt really interessting to me, but its a good point to say that to people that didnt knew it before. 👍

thanks for nicely comment.

well information for aus, know a new metter..

thanks for nicely comment.

Sometimes, bizarre things happen in life. I have seen some people who were young and fit looking but they died suddenly of heart attack. On the other hand I also have seen some persons (male) who drink a lot, have red mutton regularly and a bit fat too but they never felt such problems. I don't know how mother nature works. Bye the way your post was full of information. Most of he people do not know what is the difference between heart attack and cardiac arrest. Before reading your post I had an opinion that men die of heart attacks more than women. Thank you for making people aware of these problems.
