I Get why you are reading this right now, you are interested in dieting.

Well you have come to the right place

Today I want to talk about ways to go on a diet with out actually going on a diet. What I mean by that is, in order to go on a diet you don’t have to eat straight veggies.

To really get results you should start to cut out one food group. It’s a big one but you will notice results when you cut it out. The food group I am talking about isn’t necessarily in the food pyramid you are used to. This food group I am talking about in “empty calorie foods”.

Empty Calorie Foods

The reason why you shouldn’t eat these foods is because when you eat these foods your brain tends to release dopamine. Which leaves you very satisfied and always wanting more of this food. The thing I really hate about Empty Calorie Foods ( I’ll just call them ECF) is they taste so good yet still leave you hungry.
Examples of ECF:
• Doritos
• Doughnuts
• Pizza
• Candy bars, or just candy in general
• Chocolate
• Sugary cereal

It sucks because these foods are very reasonably priced compared to healthy veggies, organic produces, Basically Wholes Foods in general.

So I’m not saying completely throw away your ECFs right now. I’m saying watch what you put into your mouth. So instead of pizza every night, try a healthy salad with a nice vinaigrette.
