I noticed its been awhile since I published anything fitness related on DTube, and today I plan on changing that ;).
Today I want to challenge you to do as many push-ups as you can in 1 minute! Don't worry about what the numbers are just do your best and really push yourself!
If you got a low number that means you have a great opportunity to improve upon yourself and get better.

It’s exhausting to not consider push-ups after we consider coaching along with your own weight. And permanently reason. The push-up is one among the foremost effective bodyweight exercises.
Now time i'm try to doing Double Knee Tap Push-ups. in one minute, i can do 12-20 double knee push-ups. Thanks @robinhaney
