So, like, what are your Fucks growing in your garden this year?

They say there shouldn't be any more than 7. Can you narrow it down even one more? My Fucks are up from 2 last year. This year I have more energy, time and gumption, so I'm planting a few additional Fucks.

It looks like I won't lose the car after all,

so that's on there - a fuck all its own. Also money, it's a real driver this year. I need to focus on my career this year so I can have some semblance of security, whether it be from steemit, art, Lyft driving, TaskRabbit, or real employee work.

Then there's art.

I denied myself so much last year, but this year it's important to me. Not even about the money, this year I want to water the art fuck real good. Creating is a form of therapy for me. As an arrogant artist, I need this outlet to recognize my own contribution in this moment and age in time.

I need my art out there,

where people can see it. I need to explore different mediums and forms. This year I want to dive into sculpting and found-object art. These Fucks are important for me to tend this year, if I want to grow into a stronger, more healthy person.

I also need to spend more time tending

to my damn self than others. I have spent too much time and space trying to take care of others. This has been my usual way of making do, making it through life. But where did it get me? Back on my ass.

This year is different.

This year I will say "No" more often. This year I will treat myself better. I will value myself more, like the unique and original artist I am. Because, as Bae said, if I don't value myself, who will???
