Billets 4 mm thick, made here on laser cutting.
The stamp for them consisted of two parts (I will be able to write how to make stamps later, I will have time to show that, and I still have to do this more than once), since the leaves are long and will not fit under the whole hammer.
Bottom of the sheet.
Top of the sheet.
It was necessary to warm in this case as much as possible, the hammer is weak and such stamping on it is given quite hard, the main thing is to look so that the sheet does not burn.
And then a stamp is put, a sheet is covered on it, 20-30 blows are covered and beaten with all force. This construction. Hold tight, beat harder, relax while heated.
Here, the strikers are uneven and you have to turn 180 degrees and punch again. The stamp and fangs periodically fall off the punch (those small pins that are welded into it so that it does not move aside during operation), well, welding and sanding machine help.)
